Akira Yanagawa, star of the Kawasaki World Superbike Team, supported us in the development of this further improved Akira. We improved not only the security, but also the fit in the crucial area around the lower hand and thumb, to reduce crumpling to a minimum.
- highly abrasion- and sweat-resistant colourfast kangaroo leather used on palm and back
- unlined palm, back and thumb fully padded with shock-absorbing SUPROTECT and Kevlar® branded fibre
- pre-formed, crumple-free palm
- special flat seam avoids pressure points on inner hand, and enhances feel
